The transfer plan includes round-trip transfer at designated locations in Hualien city. Passengers can choose from the following transfer points:

• Hualien train station (front station)
• Ji'an train station
• Fortune comes with stones (Dongdaemun night market)
• Starbucks in a container

• 9:00 AM check-in time slot: Hualien morning 7:00 AM shuttle
• 11:00 AM check-in time slot: Hualien morning 9:00 AM shuttle

Transfer info:

• The shuttle service is only available at the designated locations mentioned above. Pick-up service at specified addresses or door-to-door is not provided.
• The shuttle will only depart when there are 6 or more passengers for the day. If one time slot has more shuttle passengers, the actual arrangement may prioritize that time slot.
• Our staff will arrange the driver and provide travelers with the actual pickup time, vehicle, and meeting information by 21:00 the day before the activity.

─Program Introduction─

The itinerary duration is approx. 5 hours, excluding washing and transportation time; the instructor will provide basic rafting knowledge, safety measures, and equipment usage guidance (1 hour, available in Chinese/English/Japanese), followed by the Hsiukuluan River rafting activity (4 hours, no English/Japanese guidance on the waterway).

• [Automatic Drainage Boat]The basic boat model features drainage holes and an air cushion at the bottom. However, due to the lack of a wave-blocking design and its relatively bulky structure, it is more tiring to operate compared to the other two types of rowboats.
• [Rapid Star] is an upgraded version of the automatic drainage raft, which does not completely capsize when overturned. It offers easy maneuverability, smooth wave navigation, and enhanced stability. With 11 independent air chambers, even if one leaks, the others continue to provide buoyancy, ensuring safer water travel.
• [Upward Star] The boat features a double-raised safety tip design at both the bow and stern. In the event of a frontal collision with rocks, it protects passengers at the front and rear, preventing the boat from capsizing over people. With half of the hull submerged in water, rafting becomes even more thrilling. The specially designed drainage grooves on the boat's bottom allow for smoother navigation, ensuring a safe yet exciting challenge against the rapids.
• [Guard Boat] With a wide hull for high stability, equipped with an engine and accompanied by one lifeguard per boat for protection along the way, it is suitable for seniors, families, and children to enjoy the scenic views along the Hsiukuluan River.

─Notes─

· English/Japanese guided tours are only available on shore; there are no English/Japanese guided tours for water activities.

· Children under 5, seniors over 65, pregnant women, and individuals with heart disease, epilepsy, severe hypertension, asthma, or osteoporosis are not permitted to participate.

· The group requires a minimum of 6 participants. The departure time and meeting information will be confirmed by 6:00 pm the day before the trip.

· Please wear long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; shoes can be rented and supplies can be purchased on-site.

· Rafting will get you completely wet, so please prepare spare clothes and a towel.

· Self-drivers can park at the start or end point. One-way shuttle costs CNY 250 per person (purchasable when booking or payable in cash upon arrival). Private charter users may request driver pick-up at the end point with no shuttle fee.

· November to April of the following year is the off-peak season. Priority will be given to groups with more participants, and a phone notification will be made one day in advance.

· No stops along the way, please have meals before departure; redeem snacks with the identification band after the tour.

· 8-10 people per boat. Insufficient numbers may require boat sharing.

· Rafting is an intense activity. The company has purchased accident insurance and medical insurance as required. Injuries during the trip will be covered by the insurance company, and legal proceedings are not accepted.

· Do not carry valuables (such as mobile phones or watches) with you. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss.

· No pets allowed; pet owners must prepare their own pet carriers for storage at the start or end point (no caretaking provided) and bring their own water and feed.
