▸ Visa validity: Typically 1–10 years (subject to consulate's actual issuance).
▸ Single stay duration: Typically up to 180 days (subject to consulate's actual issuance).

2.Required Documents
▸ Scanned copy of the passport's first page (passport must be valid for at least 6 months)
▸ Photo (51×51mm, white background, taken within the last 6 months, no glasses)
▸ Identification documents: Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau applicants provide their ID cards; applicants of other nationalities provide their national ID card or a valid visa, temporary accommodation registration form, etc. from their country of residence (valid for over 6 months).
▸ DS-160 form
▸ Business invitation letter or family/friend invitation letter (required for business/family visit applications)
▸ Other related supporting documents (as notified by email)
3.Processing Timeline
▸ Processing time will begin once all documents are complete.
▸ The visa specialist will review and process the documents within 1–2 business days.
▸ Interview times will be subject to the consulate's official schedule.
▸ After the interview, visa processing will usually take approximately 5–7 business days.

4.Application Steps
▸ Place an order for visa services and complete the payment.
▸ Prepare materials according to the email instructions from the visa specialist and send them to the designated email address.
▸ The visa specialist will review the materials and schedule the interview.
▸ The applicant must attend the interview at the consulate with the required documents.
▸ After the visa is approved, collect the passport at the designated location with a valid ID, as per the email instructions.
5.Key Notes
▸ If the appointment needs to be rescheduled due to personal reasons after booking, a $15 fee will be charged for each reschedule; modifying the DS-160 form will incur a $30 fee.
▸ Applicants with a Mainland China passport approved for a 10-year visa must complete EVUS registration before entering the U.S. (separate purchase required). Please do not book flights in advance to avoid any loss.
▸ The U.S. and Canadian consulates share visa information; applicants must ensure their details match across both consulates.
▸ The consulate may conduct phone interviews, so please ensure the information is accurate, and the phone number is reachable and cooperative.
▸ The company and consulate have the right to request additional documents or suggest canceling the application, and applicants must cooperate in submitting the materials.
