I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it! It was a unique experience that's hard for the average tourist to get! Special thanks to the organizers and the driver – everything was perfect! Great tour with an amazing tour guide, Ria. She was very knowledgeable and provided very good information about the places we visited. She was also very entertaining as she provided some history and talked about Japanese habits which made for a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the tour and most specially this tour guide.

The plan was to take my mother to see Mount Fuji, but we were caught in a heavy snowfall. Thankfully, we didn't cancel the trip. Our driver, Mr. Song, waited for us ten minutes earlier at the hotel entrance, chatting and introducing us to the sights along the way. Since we knew we wouldn't be able to see Mount Fuji due to the snow, Mr. Song expertly recommended some less-visited spots. We enjoyed admiring the charming Japanese villages nestled in the snow, which was very interesting. After finishing our planned itinerary, we still had some time. Mr. Song proactively took us to the places we wanted to visit, explaining each spot along the way. His service was excellent and made up for our disappointment. We'll book another trip together, even if it's a bit of a disappointment.
