The overall itinerary was quite simple for lazy people: one floating market and one railway market. They were rather unique markets, each taking about an hour and a half to visit. They're the kind of attractions you only need to visit once.

The guide was very attentive, and the itinerary was flexible and could be adjusted according to the traveler's needs. I opted for a package including round-trip transportation, meals, all entrance fees, and a private car for two adults and two children. The driver picked us up from the hotel on time, and our simple English communication was smooth throughout the journey. He was witty and humorous, introducing us to local attractions. At the wildlife park, we discussed going to the predator enclosure to see the lions and tigers first, as we were worried we'd miss them if we slept in the afternoon. Actually, the lions and tigers weren't very active in the morning, haha. After the predator enclosure, we explored the park on our own. Since we weren't allowed to bring our own food and drinks, the driver thoughtfully put them in his car's refrigerator so we could have chilled drinks as soon as we came out – a very considerate gesture. On the way back, he even took us to buy durian. Thai durian is indeed delicious, and the price is a bit cheaper than in China, but not ridiculously cheaper. Be prepared; for example, in Taiyuan, Shanxi, the total price is probably around 70-80% of the original price.
In short, when traveling abroad, mutual respect is essential. Don't have the mindset of "I'm the boss because I'm paying" as you might think. In the morning, I brought the driver a bottle of water and a 7-Eleven sandwich, and I could clearly see his surprise and gratitude when I gave them to him. Therefore, respect between people is mutual. I hope that friends traveling abroad can maintain some small acts of kindness; the rewards you receive will exceed your expectations.
Just confirm the basic information with the merchants. I speak some English and communicated smoothly with locals, so I didn't need to contact customer service.
One more point: don't look at the negative information online from China. If you have no problems yourself, your experience in Thailand will be a hundred times better than in China. There are price gouging at tourist attractions, but it's not as exaggerated as in China. All the negative comments are entirely your own fault.★

Tour Guide Nicky is talented with multi languages in Chinese, English, Japanese. She also friendly. Driver also patient for waiting us and help to open door everytime. Overall the trip is not bad although each point not spending long time but is sufficient for the visit.
