You can enter freely during operating hours, but re-entry is not allowed after leaving.
Featherdale Wildlife Park is located along the route from Sydney to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains. This private wildlife sanctuary is home to over 2,200 native Australian animals representing more than 280 species. Visitors can see adorable wombats, little penguins, echidnas, dingoes, 4.5-meter-long saltwater crocodiles, various bird species, and even endangered rare animals like Tasmanian devils. Guests can also interact up close with koalas and kangaroos for photos, and enjoy professional keeper-led animal feeding demonstrations.
The park opens at 8:00 AM - hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies (food purchase at your own expense)
