The departure time and duration at each attraction are approximate and can be adjusted according to travelers' needs. We appreciate your understanding that some unreasonable requests may not be accommodated.
3. For guided tour packages, the guided tour duration may vary by half an hour more or less due to factors such as the number of attractions, difficulty of commentary, interaction with visitors, or force majeure.
4. We can provide separate Chinese-speaking guides, guides who speak other languages, or other vehicle types such as minibuses, mid-size buses, and buses. Please contact the merchant's customer service for assistance.
5. Travelers experiencing any discomfort before or on the day of travel must inform us in advance. We will not be responsible for any accidents resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
6. Various vehicle types are available (standard 5-seater family cars, business cars, SUVs, BBA, minibuses, medium buses, buses). The service vehicle type shown is representative only, and a vehicle of the same class will be arranged for your trip.
7. Avoid dangerous behavior during the trip. Travelers should pay attention to their personal safety and belongings.
8. Services such as admission ticket reservations and ticket purchasing assistance are available. For private chartered tours, the exact number of travelers per vehicle is uncertain, so admission tickets cannot be included in the price. Travelers requiring tickets should contact the merchant's customer support.
9. For travelers who purchase the guide service package, if the group size is large (e.g., more than 5 people), headphones will be required for entry to certain attractions (some attractions enforce this for the experience of all travelers). Private charter services provide door-to-door pickup within the city area, but may not be available or may require additional fees for locations too far from the itinerary attractions. Please contact the merchant's customer support for details.
11. Our services cover major tourist cities across China and we also cater to international visitors, offering group admission tickets, private charters, airport transfers, guides, cruises, 5-star hotel bookings, museum tours, custom trips, group tours, and corporate team-building activities.
12. If the number of travelers is less than ten, some attraction admission tickets cannot be waived for the guide. Travelers who choose packages including guide services will need to cover the guide's admission ticket fee. For details, please contact customer support.
13. Admission document requirements for paid attractions on the day of visit: Mainland Chinese residents must bring their ID cards, visitors from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan must present their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and international visitors must carry their passports.
