An unexpectedly wonderful experience! The travel agency, SA Tour, and our guide, Yamy, made excellent arrangements. They made sure to note our requests beforehand, and even sent a WhatsApp group message before departure to inform us of the itinerary and things to watch out for. Yamy's arrangements and explanations on the day were meticulous and attentive, making it a wonderful day trip. The guide and the itinerary deserve full marks! The alpacas were adorable, the bicycles and miniature train were fun, and there was ample time for sightseeing. Nami Island is beautiful and relaxing, with many small animals and trees; walking and cycling are very pleasant. The only downside is to be prepared for traffic on the return trip, which took over two hours. Overall, however, the trip was fulfilling, fun, and the scenery was beautiful, with a great guide. Full marks! Thank you so much, Yamy, for the arrangements. Very good!

we were fortunate enough to have yamy as our tour guide for this tour! She was very bubbly and energetic, very fun to be around and easily approachable, which made this tour extremely enjoyable! the tour was well explained to us and we would definitely recommend to anyone who is keen in this tour as well

The driver and guide arrived on time, and their service throughout the trip was excellent. They even proactively helped us take photos, and their time management was very accurate. However, the itinerary was a bit rushed, especially the time spent on the mountain during the cable car ride, which was too short.

A great way to travel along the coast! After booking, they contacted us via WhatsApp, discussed all our preferences, and answered all our questions. We agreed on the itinerary. All the detailed instructions were on trip.com, but they also sent them to me via WhatsApp. I was warned that this wasn't a tour and that the driver would just drive us around the route and barely spoke English. But the driver was friendly and talkative, set up a translator app, and we chatted the entire way. He also pointed out interesting places along with the itinerary.

Super professional!!! Super polite!! When we arrived at the bike-sharing area, the driver even took us to the ticket office. After several rides, we were just about to look for the driver when we saw him arrive in his car. This meant he had been keeping an eye on the exit to see if we were coming out, which really made us feel incredibly flattered. At the end, I wanted to give the driver more money, but my Korean isn't good, and I mispronounced it. The driver said 40,000 won, but I heard 30,000 won and gave him 40,000 won. Later, when we went to eat, I remembered that I should have given him 40,000 won at the time. Actually, I meant to give him an extra 10,000 won as a tip, since he probably hadn't eaten lunch either. In short, I felt very embarrassed in the end. But I'm so grateful to that driver. ❤️
