How to use

After booking, you will receive an e-ticket admission voucher. Open the voucher and tap "e-ticket URL" to book your ticket.

Purchasing this product does not mean your bus reservation is complete. You need to book your pick-up/drop-off location and schedule on the e-ticket website.

Note: This product requires a booking within 30 days of purchase, otherwise the voucher will expire.

Operation steps:

1. Please book your boarding/alighting location and train schedule on the e-ticket website.

Please note: The system only allows bookings for travel dates within the next 30 days.

2. Please arrive at the bus stop approximately 10 minutes before the departure time.

3. Show the QR code on your e-ticket to the bus station staff or bus driver.

Important Notes

You must cancel your bus booking at least 5 minutes before the departure time slot. If not canceled in time, the booking cannot be canceled.

The airport shuttle bus operates on a seat reservation system. When all seats are full, no additional passengers can board. Standing is not permitted on the bus. The QR boarding pass for seat-reserved tickets will display the seat number. If no seat is assigned, please choose any available seat freely.

QR code tickets can also be used via screenshots.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the vehicle.

This promo code cannot be resold. Resold tickets will be invalid.

The Limousine bus is completely non-smoking.

※Because the bus travels on roads (including expressways), traffic jams are common during morning and evening working day commutes or during peak travel seasons, which may cause delays. Therefore, please allow ample time when you depart.

Your baggage will be stored in the bus luggage compartment, with a maximum of 2 pieces per person.

Please do not place the following items in your stored luggage. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during storage:

Cash, securities, precious metals, collectibles, and other valuables; fragile items such as cameras and glassware.

10. Do not place the following items in luggage to be stored:

1) Explosives, flammable or combustible materials, corrosive substances, and other items that may endanger the safety of the bus and its passengers.

2) Pets (small animals such as birds, puppies, and kittens) cannot be checked as luggage.

3) Stored luggage must not exceed 50×60×120 cm in size (please confirm with staff in advance). Each piece must weigh under 30 kg, with a maximum of 2 pieces per person.
