I think this is a very worthwhile part of Kota Kinabalu; the fireflies are beautiful, and the tour guide is excellent. Aside from the slightly bumpy ride on the main road, there are no other downsides.★

Very good, long-nosed monkeys and crocodiles have seen it, the afternoon tea is rich, the sunset is beautiful, and the buffet in the evening even has crabs, which is very delicious. Although it rained after eating, it will not affect the glow of fireflies at all. It was shocking to see so many fireflies for the first time. It is worth a trip experience ＾ω＾★

River cruise was relaxing, saw some monkeys, will depend on your luck. Sunset was amazing. Dinner was not as bad as expected. But the fireflies were out of this world.. like fairy lights on an Xmas tree. Guides were very friendly and helpful.★

Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was lovely and wonderful! There were more places to eat than we expected, and fresh coconuts were available for purchase. The mountain road was a bit bumpy, but that was unavoidable given the environment. There was also a free farm where we could feed the animals, which were very cute. The staff on the boats to see the monkeys and fireflies were all very cheerful. It was a very worthwhile trip!★

My expectations were high, so I was a little disappointed. The journey was long, but the driver's excellent skills saved us a lot of time. I don't know if we didn't choose the right language for the tour guide, but the company sent someone whose Mandarin wasn't very good, so it was a disadvantage for me since my English isn't good. Also, the suspension bridge was under construction and temporarily closed, which should have been mentioned in the itinerary (disappointing). Seeing the Rafflesia today was a memorable and happy experience.★
