How to use

1. Select your preferred option and book.

2. Confirm email voucher.

The admission voucher will be sent after the merchant confirms your booking.

3. Arrive 10 minutes early on the day of your booking.

4. Present the voucher to receive your hairstyling service.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

3. On weekends (Saturday and Sunday), the store may be crowded with customers booking wedding services.

4. Hairdressing and makeup services do not include hair washing (additional charges apply if hair washing is required).

5. Wheelchairs, strollers, and pet dogs are all allowed.

6. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, it will be considered a no-show and cannot be used, therefore no refund will be issued.
