How to use
1. Select the date and time you want your rental to start.
 
2. Enter the required information and complete the reservation.
 
3. Confirm the voucher sent via mobile phone or email.
 
※ The voucher will be sent after the merchant confirms the reservation.
 
4. Please fill in the following form after completing the reservation. It must be filled in one day before the rental date. After filling it out, you must get confirmation from the merchant before you can use it normally. If you cannot confirm the passport copy, the on-site may refuse to rent it on the spot. 5. Please arrive on time on the appointment date and follow the staff's instructions.
 
6. Please return the rental item according to the purchase option schedule.
 
※ The rental period is based on the date. e.g. If you rent on March 1 and return on March 5, you must choose to purchase for 5 days (not 24 hours)
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 17:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 17:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 17:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

1. Please be sure to contact the customer service center if the rental product is damaged/lost.

2. If the product is not returned without prior contact, appropriate measures will be taken.

3. The minimum rental days is 3 days.

4. Operating hours are 5am - 10pm(T2) / 5am - 11pm(T1)

5. The SD card must be returned after use. Before returning the device, please be sure to transfer the video to the cloud. You can also purchase it on site. (Payment on site)

• There is no repair fee for daily scratches and general contamination.

• If the product is lost or irreparably damaged during the rental process, a charge of 100% of the product's sales price will be made.
