Vancouver - BC ferries (ferry fare included, 90 min) - Butchart gardens (admission included, 60 min) - Chinatown (pass by) - Victoria's Inner Harbour (45 min) - Mile zero of highway 1 in Victoria (10 min) - BC ferries (ferry fare included, 90 min) - Vancouver

Important notes

1. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Unaccompanied minors or children cannot participate. For safety considerations, pregnant women can only join if their pregnancy will not exceed 24 weeks by the end of the itinerary.

2. Please ensure to provide accurate and complete info, including last name, first and middle names, gender, valid contact info (preferably mobile phone for easy notification in case of issues), and accurate tour meeting point, etc., to avoid affecting your travel. You will be responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect info.

3. Tour participants cannot bring their own tickets or use City Pass.

4. During the actual trip, the guide or driver has the right to reasonably adjust the visiting sequence, stay time or meeting time of attractions based on weather, traffic conditions, etc. to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.

5. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), making it impossible to visit, the guide will adjust the itinerary to an exterior visit or substitute another attraction to ensure a rich experience.

6. Children under 8 years old require safety seats for group tours, with a rental fee of USD 10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Any violations and fines caused by failure to notify in advance will be the responsibility of the guest. Thank you for your understanding. Safety seats are not required for bus travel on the day of departure, and the fee will be refunded.

7. Many attractions in the itinerary require participants to meet basic health conditions. Visitors with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance before booking. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible bus services or suitable seating arrangements.

8. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, visitors are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time provided by the guide. If you are more than 10 min late, the vehicle will depart without waiting. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival at the pick-up & drop-off point(s) due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, transportation, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, wars, or terrorist attacks. We will not be responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred due to delays, including flights, trains, bus fares, or other travel expenses.

9. We reserve the right to transfer travelers from the original vehicle to another during the journey for operational convenience, assigning different guides and drivers to provide services.

10. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and better: bring a valid ID (with photo); present a printed or electronic itinerary.

11. This is a group activity product. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, please notify in advance and obtain the guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement, and the uncompleted portion will be considered voluntarily forfeited with no refund provided.

12. No refund will be provided for complimentary items in the itinerary that cannot be offered due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather conditions, or if you are unable to visit due to personal reasons. Your understanding is appreciated.

13. According to US federal law, smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.

14. Pets and animals are not allowed on any of our itineraries.
