※ ALL customers MUST have a Confirmed Flight/Cruise/Etc. E-Ticket Departing from Korea within 90 Days.
※ This product is unavailable for Korean Nationality customers to book as mentioned on the 'NOTICE' below. All responsibilities will be on the customer own in case of any booking mistakes.
※ If you do not arrive on time at the designated meeting point for the tour, you will NOT be able to join it.
※ All participants MUST mention an available Contact Number to reach in Korea on the reservation info.
※ This product is NOT available to individuals who do not have their own passport, those holding a Korean passports, or foreigner without a confirmed departure schedule from Korea
※ An extra fee of KRW 30,000(per person) may apply and Duty Free benefits will not be available to those who do not have physical passports on-site.
※ If you do not arrive on time at the start of the tour, you will not be able to join it.
※ The Guide will contact you via contact number written on the reservation. If it is unavailable to reach in Korea, we will NOT take any responsibility for that.
Tickets are provided only if you stay at Lotte Duty Free for at least one hour. However, shopping (purchasing items) is not mandatory.
Shopping is not mandatory. You may choose not to shop, and we do not force any purchases.
All guests are informed on-site in English and Chinese that they may continue browsing freely.
