**A fuel surcharge of USD $5 per person per day and a service fee of USD $15 per person per day will be collected by the driver/guide on the day of travel.**

Important Notes:
1. Minors or children under 18 must be accompanied by adults to join the tour. Unaccompanied minors or children cannot participate. For safety considerations, pregnant women can only join if their pregnancy will not exceed 24 weeks by the end of the itinerary.
2. Please ensure to provide accurate and complete information, including your first and middle names, gender, valid contact details (preferably mobile number for notification purposes in case of issues), and exact tour meeting point, to avoid any travel disruptions. You will be responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
3. Tour participants cannot bring their own tickets or use City Pass.
4. During the actual trip, the guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the visiting order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting time based on weather, transportation conditions, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
5. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), making it impossible to visit, the guide will adjust the itinerary to an exterior visit or substitute another attraction to ensure a rich experience.
6. According to state law, children under 8 must use a safety seat to participate in the tour.,Rent is $10.00 per person per day.Guests will be responsible for any violations and fines caused by failure to notify us in advance. If a bus is arranged on the travel day and no safety seat is required, the fee will be refunded.
7. Many attractions on the itinerary require participants to meet basic health conditions. Visitors with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance before booking. Without prior notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating arrangements.
8. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, visitors are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time provided by the guide. If the delay exceeds 10 min, the vehicle will depart without waiting. In case of uncontrollable factors such as weather, transportation issues, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, wars, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee arrival at the pick-up & drop-off point(s) on time. We shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, flight/train/bus delays, or additional travel expenses incurred due to such circumstances.
9. The right to transfer visitors to another vehicle during the journey for operational convenience, assigning different guides and drivers to provide services.
10. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and more efficiently: Bring a valid photo ID (with photo included); Please present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.
11. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, please notify in advance and obtain the guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement, and any uncompleted itinerary will be deemed as voluntarily forfeited with no refund of the tour fee.
12. Complimentary items in the itinerary that cannot be provided due to force majeure such as transportation or weather conditions, or cannot be visited due to personal reasons, are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
13. According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the bus during group tours. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
14. Pets and animals are not allowed on any tours.
