1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our platform. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, the details may differ from what was displayed at the time of booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the itinerary arrangements, cost details, cancellation/change policies, and other terms.
2. Once registration is successfully completed, no cancellation or change requests will be accepted within 48 hours before departure. For requests made within the allowed cancellation period, a processing fee of 100 CNY per person will be deducted.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 min in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Meeting point address reminder: Gather in front of the Hilton Grand Place Hotel at Brussels Central Station. The guide will be waiting there to check you in. For the cruise, the guide will inform you of the pier location at Coudenys Cruise Terminal on Rosary Quay.
