How to use

Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

• You may have a Chinese speaking driver but knows exactly where to go and will come with a phone translator. If you require an English speaking driver please add in the "special requirement"

• The use of the service is 8 hours, more than 8.5 hours you are required to pay 15 USD to the driver directly for each extra hour

Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.

Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Our drivers are equipped with multi-language translators to facilitate smooth communication. Each vehicle is stocked with complimentary bottled water and snacks for your convenience during the trip.

We offer two flexible service options: Transport-only and Transport + Private Guide. Please confirm your preferred package when booking, and our service will be arranged accordingly to match your choice.

Standard service lasts 8–9 hours; overtime costs USD 15/hour for transport-only and USD 30/hour for transport + guide service.
