Our tour guide, Zhao, arranged a day trip itinerary for us. We also bought our tickets in advance, visited all the attractions, took photos for us, and taught us how to take public transportation and buy transportation cards. The rest of the trip went very smoothly for us on our own.

Monica was an excellent guide who provided a great experience and insight of the history and culture. it was only 4 of us and therefore quite a private tour experience. a good time spent learning about Budapest. Definitely recommended for a first activity in Budapest!
