1. Due to the varying physical abilities and styles of visitors, it's impossible to arrange a unified itinerary for all your desired destinations. Therefore, the tour guide will not accompany you on your hike. If you encounter any issues, please contact the tour guide by phone or contact information.

2. If the scenic spot is closed due to force majeure, there will be no loss if it is closed one day in advance. If it is discovered after departure that the scenic spot is temporarily closed on the same day, the travel agency will charge the round-trip fare (infant/child price) and refund other unincurred expenses.

3. Due to the high number of visitors to the scenic area, we currently do not accept group tours. Please note that all groups must depart from Xi'an.

4 If you are a military personnel, disabled person or someone with other preferential certificates, please inform customer service in advance.

5. This product does not include Huashan Personal Accident Insurance (¥10). Please purchase it based on your needs. Travel is always full of surprises, but unexpected events are inevitable, such as bumps and sprains during a hike. Scenic Area Accident Insurance provides you with the protection you need to minimize the impact of unexpected events.

6. Free door-to-door pick-up within the Third Ring Road of Xi'an. Normal travel time is around 7:00 am. In order to improve efficiency and save time, the travel agency arranges the pick-up vehicle as a bus.

7. During holidays like the Spring Festival, May Day, and National Day, scenic spots are crowded and will limit the number of visitors. Therefore, tour groups may depart earlier. The staff will notify you of the specific departure time in advance. Please be sure to keep your phone accessible the day before your trip to avoid missing the tour period and causing unnecessary losses.

8 This product uses the Huashan Scenic Area group ticket. After arriving at Huashan, tourists will rest and the tour guide will go to the scenic area to queue up for processing (reference time is 1 hour). Tourists who mind please purchase carefully to avoid affecting your travel mood.

9 Since the Huashan tour ends late, it is not recommended for tourists to leave Xi'an by public transportation on the same day.Tourists who mind please purchase carefully to avoid unnecessary losses.
