Notes
1. Children under 16 cannot participate in skydiving. Teens aged 16–17 must provide a signed guardian consent form (copy). After booking confirmation, please request the form from customer support.
If a guardian accompanies the participant, the guardian must bring their passport, print and sign the written consent form, and present it to the provider on the day of the skydiving activity.
If the guardian is not accompanying the participant, the skydiver must bring a printed copy of the guardian's signed written consent and a copy of the guardian's passport, and present them to the provider on the day of the skydiving activity.
2. Travelers with heart disease or epilepsy, as well as pregnant women, cannot participate in skydiving. Travelers who have taken medication must also inform the skydiving company in advance.
3. Weight limit
*Skydivers weighing 85–94 kg will be charged an additional fee of approx. AUD 50 on certain dates at certain skydiving locations, as the weight of the coaches on duty varies daily, and so does the maximum weight of guests they can carry. The final confirmation from the attraction after booking will prevail.
Passengers weighing 95kg or above need to wait for confirmation from the attraction regarding skydiving availability, as not every skydiving location has instructors available daily who can accommodate this weight. If confirmed, there will be an additional fee (approx. $50–100 AUD), subject to final confirmation by the attraction after booking.
Generally, individuals weighing 105 kg or more cannot skydive; confirmation from the attraction after booking is required.
Pay the above fees on-site
Do not participate in Great Barrier Reef diving within 12 hours before skydiving; do not smoke within 8 hours before skydiving.
5. Skydiving is weather-dependent and may be canceled. Please call the tour company 2 hours before departure to confirm if skydiving is possible. Note that there may still be special circumstances where skydiving is not possible due to weather upon arrival at the site. If canceled due to weather, we will issue a full refund after verification with the tour company or assist in rescheduling.
6. Travelers participating in skydiving must register as members of the Australian Skydiving Association at the skydiving site, or they can register in advance. For the activity, it's recommended to wear comfortable casual clothes and shoes, preferably sneakers or flat, fully enclosed shoes suitable for running.
7. Accompanying travelers must arrange their own transportation to the skydiving site. If you wish to use the skydiving company's shuttle service, please contact their customer support at least 24 hours in advance to check seat availability for your scheduled day (availability cannot be confirmed too early as the company needs to finalize next-day bookings first). Contact details are provided in your confirmation voucher. This service is currently free (subject to change based on the skydiving company's policy). Note: Accompanying spectators are not permitted at the departure airport or inside the aircraft. A waiting area with a café and restaurant is available in the landing zone for viewing.
