Itinerary
Your journey starts at Intersport Mürren, Chalet Enzian, 3825 Mürren

The impressive Lauterbrunnen Valley and the view of the Jungfrau massif make this via ferrata an unforgettable adventure. In addition to the classic elements of a via ferrata, you'll find a Nepalese bridge spanning a 400-metre-deep gorge and numerous ladders here. Although this via ferrata isn't technically difficult and is suitable for beginners, there are very exposed sections that can be mentally challenging.

First, you head to the meeting point where your certified mountain guide will be waiting. You reach Mürren by cable car from Stechelberg. Together, you select your safety equipment to tackle the via ferrata optimally. Once you arrive at the start of the via ferrata, your guide will give a safety briefing. At the beginning, you'll cross easy sections before venturing onto the main route.

You'll now enter the via ferrata, climbing over 600 metres. Below your feet, you see all the way down to the valley floor of Lauterbrunnen. The route ends in Gimmelwald. From there, you can take the cable car back to Mürren or down to the valley at Stechelberg.
