Rental item pickup and drop-off process

Return process for rental items
1. Please confirm if the item is lost.
2. If any items or accessories are missing, please contact us before returning them.
3. If you wait in front of the meeting point, staff will collect the rental items. You can return them directly to the staff.
4. Pick-up/return of rental items is not possible outside of operating hours.

3. To change the pick-up time, you must contact customer support before 6 PM the day before pick-up.

6. Rental and return are available at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, and must be returned during operating hours.

7. The minimum rental duration starts from 3 days. (When paying for 3 days, 1-2 day rentals are also available)
8. Operating hours are 5 AM–10 PM (T2) / 5 AM–11 PM (T1)
9. Please fill out the following form after completing your booking. It must be completed the day before the rental date and confirmed by the merchant for normal use. If the passport copy cannot be confirmed, the merchant may refuse to rent on site.
