Dolphin and whale sightings are natural phenomena and highly dependent on weather conditions. If the sea conditions are unfavorable on the day, the cruise may be canceled with short notice, in which case we will provide a full refund or reschedule your trip. If no whales/dolphins are spotted during the cruise (which is relatively rare), the cruise company cannot offer compensation or promo codes. However, the cruise company will make every effort to provide travelers with an exciting water experience, including opportunities to observe other marine life and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the bay.
5. Age Policy:
Ages 15 and above will be charged the adult rate; children aged 2–14 will be charged the child rate; infants under 2 are free, but please be sure to note the number of infants!

1. After placing an order for this product, inventory needs to be reconfirmed. Once confirmed, a confirmation letter will be sent to your email address. Upon arrival at the boarding location, simply show the confirmation letter on your phone to the staff (no printing required).
