I had a very meaningful experience on the Sachsenhausen tour, largely thanks to our guide. She was a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable woman who handled such a difficult topic with great care and respect. She explained everything clearly, with sensitivity and empathy, making it easier to understand the history without losing its seriousness. At the same time, she occasionally included light, appropriate humor, which helped ease the tension and made the tour more engaging without being disrespectful. She gave attention to everyone in the group, making sure each person felt included and had the chance to ask questions. She was very attentive and always ready to help.
