Private tour travel route:
Terracotta Warriors and Mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang + Huaqing Palace (If you choose not to visit Huaqing Palace, you can alternatively select one city attraction: Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an City Wall, or Muslim Quarter)
English join-in tour itinerary route:
1. Half-day tour of the Terracotta Warriors and Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor (Huaqing Palace not included)
(Important note: If you have already booked Terracotta Warriors admission tickets, you may choose a package without tickets; if you haven't booked tickets yet, we recommend selecting a package that includes admission tickets. Thank you!!!)
2. Terracotta Army Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum + Huaqing Palace (includes Huaqing Palace, attractions cannot be replaced)
Depart from the city in the early morning, where your driver and guide will pick you up on time and take you directly to the core area of the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum, helping you avoid peak crowds for entry. The guide will accompany you throughout an in-depth exploration of the three main pits of the Terracotta Army: at Pit 1, marvel at the awe-inspiring grandeur of the Qin Empire as you observe the unique facial expressions of thousands of terracotta warriors; in Pit 2, get up close to the partially excavated remnants of painted figures, examining the intricate details of cavalry, archers, and other military formations, feeling the vivid vitality of this "underground army"; finally, at Pit 3, stand before the ancient military command system layout and listen to stories of the Qin army's strategic wisdom in troop deployment.
(If you choose the Terracotta Army half-day tour, the itinerary will end after visiting the Terracotta Army and you will return directly to downtown Xi'an.)
In the afternoon, transfer to Huaqing Palace (If you book a private tour and choose not to visit Huaqing Palace, you can substitute it with one city attraction: Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an City Wall, or Muslim Quarter; join-in tour itineraries are fixed and cannot be substituted). Stroll through the hot spring palace of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and Yang Guifei, walk along the ripples of Jiulong Lake, explore the Tang Imperial Hot Spring site (Haitang Pool, Star Pool), and ascend Mount Li for panoramic views of Lintong. Immerse yourself in the lingering charm of the prosperous Tang Dynasty amidst the blend of history and nature.
After the tour, the driver will safely return you to downtown Xi'an (private tours will return you to your hotel, while join-in tours will disband at a designated location in the city).
Note:
1. The English join-in tour itinerary usually ends around 3:00 PM (please note that the actual end time may vary due to dynamic changes in attraction visitor flow, traffic conditions, and other objective factors, with the final time determined by on-site conditions). If you need to catch important transportation like high-speed trains or flights after the tour, we sincerely recommend booking departure time slots with ample transfer time to allow sufficient buffer for unexpected situations and ensure smooth travel. Of course, if your schedule is tight and you wish to end the tour early, you may inform us at any time to arrange your own return transportation (at your own expense). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We wish you a pleasant journey!
2. For private tours, the driver-guide will pick you up at your hotel at the agreed time. As a customized private tour, both the departure time and sightseeing schedule are flexible. After placing your order, you can discuss with customer support to adjust to a more suitable departure time. During holidays, it's recommended to depart earlier to avoid peak crowds.
We offer free transfer services within Xi'an's Third Ring Road area. Additional fees will apply for services beyond this range, and the specific amount will be confirmed by customer support after your booking is confirmed.
