Your booking implies you've completed reservations, tickets will be issued directly upon purchase and cannot be refunded or modified after issuance.

Waiting in line cannot be guaranteed. The Paris Museum Pass is prepaid, so you won't need to wait at the ticket counter. Some sites also offer specific and priority entry. Please note: Under special entry conditions, "no-wait" admission is not guaranteed due to security checks, mandatory provision of free admission tickets, or visitor quantity restrictions for safety reasons.
