1, Booking Process
① Contact us and provide the number of travelers, luggage, number of days, destination, and desired attractions;
② Customer service will provide a quote based on your confirmed itinerary;
③ If there are no disputes, customer service will adjust the price before you make payment;
④ The driver will contact you via WeChat/WhatsApp before 8 PM the day before your trip.
2, Customized private car tours are available in various locations in Hokkaido, including Sapporo, Biei, Furano, Otaru, Lake Toya, Noboribetsu, Asahikawa, Hakodate, and Jozankei (please contact online customer service for details).
3, arter packages allow you to freely arrange your sightseeing. We can also recommend or customize tour routes according to your needs.
4, For pick-up and drop-off services outside of Sapporo city center, please contact customer service.
5, Pick-up service is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please arrange the pick-up time and location in advance. Additional charges apply for other times.
6, The charter package price is for one vehicle and includes a Chinese-speaking driver.
