Kawa Mangrove Forest Itinerary Reference
- 13:00 Hotel pick-up and drop-off service in the city center (The free pick-up and drop-off service covers city centre hotels; for suburban hotels, an additional round-trip fee for the suburbs is required. If you are staying at a suburban hotel, due to itinerary planning constraints, the route will not pass the mosque or the Sabah Foundation Building. Thank you for your understanding.)
- At 2:00 PM, we will pass by the magnificent and beautiful Floating Mosque, where you can stop for a visit and take photos (entrance fee 5 MYR/person, at your own expense). If you have any other plans, the fee will be refunded on the return trip from the mosque in the evening.
- 14:15 Checking in at the Sabah Foundation Building, a unique battery-shaped building in Kota Kinabalu.
- Depart at 14:30 for Kawa Mangrove Forest Scenic Area. Coconut pudding will be provided en route (one cup per person).
- Arrive at Kawa Mangrove Jetty at 16:00 and enjoy a local Malaysian afternoon tea (included in the price).
- At 16:30, we will board a boat and enter the mangrove forest to search for proboscis monkeys and other wildlife. [Guests who purchased the Kawa Mangrove Forest + Sunset Paddleboard Package will skip the proboscis monkey visit and enjoy the sunset paddleboarding!]
- At 17:15, head to Kawa Private Beach to watch the sunset and take photos to see the "Sky Mirror" effect (subject to weather conditions).
- Free access to the sky ladder, mushroom-shaped pavilion, beach chairs, and swings (ATV activities on the beach are also available at an additional cost).
- 18:30 Return to Kawa Scenic Area Jetty Resort for a local Malaysian buffet dinner (included in the price).
- Depart at 19:30 to the location of the fireflies to watch the sky filled with yellow fireflies.
- We returned to the pier at 20:15 and set off back to the hotel.
- 21:45 Expected arrival at the hotel, end of the trip.

Appointment Information
- Please book your trip at least one day in advance at 11 PM (Beijing time). Consult customer service before booking.
- To book your trip, please provide your name, passport number, number of travelers, contact number, travel date, email address, hotel name (in English), and hotel address.
- Children's range
- Children aged 0-3 are free; children aged 3 (inclusive) to 12 (exclusive) are charged a child price based on their date of birth as shown on their passport.
Appointment Instructions
- 1. The night before the scheduled trip, the local authorities will notify you of the driver's contact information and approximate pick-up time from your hotel. Please prepare accordingly and begin your trip. It is recommended to arrive at your hotel lobby/entrance 10 minutes in advance on the day of your trip to wait for the driver to pick you up. After verifying your names and the number of people, your pleasant trip will begin.
- 2. In case of any unexpected situations or discrepancies between the itinerary and the booking requirements during the trip, please contact our customer service staff immediately. We will handle and resolve the issue promptly. We cannot pursue liability or provide compensation or refunds after the trip has ended.
- 3. In the event of force majeure (such as flight delays, traffic accidents, natural disasters, weather and tidal changes, war, etc.) causing itinerary changes, cancellations, or passenger delays, the resulting expenses shall be borne by the passenger.
- 4. To ensure you have a better experience on your trip, please do not bring unnecessary or valuable items. You will be responsible for any loss.
- 5. The itinerary is for reference only. The actual tour time may vary due to weather or other reasons. The actual tour time will be subject to the guide's arrangements on the day.
- 6. Revealing clothing and indecent behavior are prohibited at the entrance of the Floating Mosque or Sabah University. Customers will be responsible for all consequences arising from their indecent behavior, including any legal liabilities.
