It was a comfortable and fulfilling trip. Starting from Hanoi and heading to Ha Long Bay, the minivan was definitely the most comfortable option. The massage chairs relieved the fatigue of the long journey. Once in Ha Long Bay, our guide, Xiao Ying, provided commentary throughout the trip and acted as our photographer, taking thousands of photos which she sent to us via WeChat, ensuring we had group photos of all the scenery – a very thoughtful service.

Iris is resting. We were upgraded to the Dolphin, a fantastic boat. The newest and most luxurious boat in the entire marina. It has three floors, a restaurant on the first floor, a pool and stage on the second floor, and a hot tub on the third floor. There's also a sunset party with a band. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned. The service was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Halong Bay.

Everything was excellent, and we didn't have to shop! Our driver was a wonderful person! He explained the history of Tiger Leaping Gorge and the Naxi people of Lijiang along the way. He was also very steady and patient throughout the trip, even on mountain roads, winding roads, and crowded sections. Even for someone prone to motion sickness, he drove very smoothly, making us feel comfortable and at ease. He was very familiar with the route and kept to a good schedule, picking us up and dropping us off at every stop without any delays. He was truly professional! I would definitely recommend this to my friends!


