I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming.
He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip.
If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him backā

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my driver, Krisna, who turned out to be such a wonderful person!
This was my first time hiring a private driver in Bali, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Even though my English isn't perfect, we had amazing conversations, laughed a lot, and joked around throughout the day. I had such a blast - in fact, the day I spent with Krisna was genuinely one of my absolute favorite days in Bali!
I managed to visit almost every place on my bucket list and got so many incredible photos. Krisna helped me out in so many ways, kept my spirits high, and was just an all-around kind, amazing guy. By the end of the trip, I actually felt a little sad saying goodbye! But I really hope to return to Bali soon so we can explore Ubud together again and finish the rest of our itinerary! šš

This day trip to Bali was absolutely fantastic! The driver was incredibly friendly and waited for us at the hotel early in the morning. The drive was smooth, and the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, with their cascading green foliage and charming coconut palms, were like a breathtaking pastoral painting. Tirta Empul Temple had a truly sacred atmosphere, allowing us to feel the rich religious culture and see people devoutly praying at the holy spring. Ubud Palace was exquisitely beautiful, with every carving showcasing the craftsmanship of the artisans. The Ubud Market was bustling with activity, offering a dazzling array of unique handicrafts, and the bargaining was quite fun. In short, it was a wonderful day! Thank you to the driver and customer service representative Miaomiao for making this an unforgettable experience!ā

This product is truly amazing! The actual experience closely matches the description. The tour group is mainly comprised of European and American tourists, with relatively few Chinese participants. You can book pick-up and drop-off directly with the company; the price is reasonable. The speedboat is a luxury private yacht, and each group has a maximum of 14 people. The morning is spent at sea, snorkeling at three different spots, each with slightly different highlights. After lunch, we went to Elf Cliff to see the azure waters, and the final snorkeling stop featured many manta rays. I want to emphasize safety, which is my biggest concern when snorkeling, especially since I'm practically a non-swimmer. The captain, leader, and instructors of this local snorkeling company were all very disciplined and professional. After putting on life jackets š¦ŗ, we followed the instructor's lifebuoy š, and everyone in the group was generally within the instructor's and safety officer's line of sight. The boat also constantly monitored the area around us for emergency assistance. Overall, it felt very safe, and I had a great time.ā

We didn't want to get up early for this trip, so we chose a hotel in Lovina ourselves. However, we didn't figure out the hotel's shuttle service, and as the time approached, we realized we could only take a taxi, which turned out to be incredibly expensive, costing at least 500 NTD. I then asked the customer service representative for help, and she helped us find a cheaper car, saving us some money. There was a little mishap with the dolphin watching ā the driver overslept and forgot (which is perfectly understandable), making us wait for an hour. But the customer service representative resolved the issue incredibly quickly, giving us compensation while still ensuring we caught the dolphins, and even providing breakfast (the dolphins were super cute!). The captain on the dolphin watching boat was also very kind; it was a really fun time. I noticed that our captain seemed to be the only one with a sound system! (We came with our own background music, hahaha) When we were taking photos, the captain even lent me his sunglasses and taught me how to pose, hahaha ššš. We saw dolphins several times in the morning, and I also went snorkeling and saw lots of small fish. The captain even brought bread, which attracted all the fish, and they all came over, hehe āļøĖ¶ā¹ź“ā¹Ė¶āļø. Everyone was very welcoming. I think Indonesia is really super fun, even though I had to travel a lot by car every day š. If I have the money and time in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here longer. I want to see what a slower pace of life is like.ā

The overall itinerary is quite tight, with long travel times, so be prepared. However, if you only want a day trip for photos, it's definitely worth it, as everything is included and you don't need to worry about anything. The driver picked us up on time in the morning, and we only waited half an hour to board the ship. A car was also arranged to pick us up after we arrived in Penida. The driver was a good driver, and our guide, Fitri, spoke good Chinese and was a great photographer. Even though I was traveling alone, she was more eager to take photos than I was, and she took many pictures of me. The guide queued up at each attraction and then called us to take photos when we arrived ā a big plus. Lunch was so-so. On the ship, I recommend sitting under the fan; it gets a bit hot without air conditioning.ī„
