Before booking, I asked customer service many questions and received all the answers. After booking, I discovered the date was incorrect, but after contacting customer service, they assisted in making arrangements. Booking together with [Kanchanaburi Wildlife Park + Rainforest + Bubble] resulted in a perfectly planned day. The arranged driver was also very friendly and helpful with any issues. Trip is truly convenient.

Had a great day . Pickup and dropped of at our hotel. Oom was our tour guide and did a great job. Visited the cemetery (which could have been a bit longer ) the Jeath museum and then a long tail boat ride to the bridge . Spent some time at the bridge and markets ,met an Expat S.A Aussie ,retired and living in Thailand working as a Tourist policeman very Friendly and helpful. Took the train ride to Kanchanaburi Had a great lunch and walked the tracks and visited the cave which was used to house the prisoners and now is home to a Buddhist Shrine. We would like to return for a Anzac Service one day. Highly recommend the trip

The guide was excellent. I was on this tour alone. It wasn't even a group tour, it was a private one. It would have been great, but upon arriving at the museum, a terrible downpour started, which ruined everything. In the end, we managed to see the museum (nothing special really) and the bridge. We decided not to go to the waterfalls because we would have had to swim… This was disappointing, since I really wanted to see the waterfalls, but we weren't able to get there, and we had already spent the money on the tour. I think it would have been a great tour in good weather, but I was unlucky.

Didnt manage to do advance booking for giraffe encounter at the safari but was thankful to get it at the spot on entrance. Taking the train ride at River Kwai is highly recommended. Saw various crops, cattle and the rustic country side along the way. Arrived at the Safari at 1pm and completed the main activities before 3.30pm at a comfortable pace. Do checkout the animals feeding area.

The giraffe photo opportunity was absolutely fantastic and a dream come true! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, proactively guiding the giraffes and helping us capture the perfect shot. Their service deserves full marks! The only challenge was the sheer heat; I highly recommend bringing sunscreen, plenty of water, and a small fan. Even though we were drenched in sweat, the stunning photos made it all worthwhile, and I highly recommend it!
