Elephant Conservation Center provides elephants with a natural habitat, and the elephants are returned to the jungle at night.

Differences from other elephant camps:

1. "Mae Taeng" is the name of an area in Chiang Mai, home to many elephant camps and ziplining activities, known for its long-established elephant camp. The camp is quite large, with elephant training standards and performance levels surpassing others.

2. The Mae Taeng itinerary is a full-day experience with a variety of activities available. If traveling with children or seniors, you can take your time enjoying the experience as the schedule isn't too tight.

Note:

1. The transfer service is a shared transfer, and the exact time cannot be guaranteed. Please wait in the hotel lobby before the scheduled pickup time. Late arrivals will be considered as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

2. The shared transfer service may arrive late at your hotel. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, please contact our customer support and our staff will assist in coordinating. We appreciate your understanding!

3. The pick-up & drop-off area includes Chiang Mai Old City and surrounding areas within a 2km radius. Due to the complex distribution of hotels in Chiang Mai, if your location falls outside the free transfer zone, you may select this option during booking or confirm with customer support. Guests outside the service area can meet at the designated pick-up & drop-off point(s): either in front of McDonald's at Tha Phae Gate in the Old City or by the roadside Starbucks at MAYA Shopping Center (late arrivals not accepted). Alternatively, you may cancel your booking.

4. Children under 3 ride free without occupying a seat. Child pricing applies to ages 3-7 (under 130cm tall). Children 7 and older pay adult prices.

5. The itinerary sequence and timing may be adjusted. During the rainy season, if the river current is too strong, the bamboo rafting activity may be temporarily canceled.

6. The bamboo rafting trip may get your clothes wet, so you may want to bring an extra set of clothes to change into. Please stay safe.
