Important notes before booking:
1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our platform. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, the details may differ from what was displayed at the time of booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the itinerary arrangements, cost details, cancellation/change policies, and other terms.
2. Once registration is successfully completed, no cancellation or change requests will be accepted within 48 hours before departure. For requests made within the allowed cancellation period, applicable change and cancellation fees will be charged.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 min in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
4. The product itinerary description is for reference only. Details such as departure time, duration, sightseeing, and attraction photos are all subject to change. The driver/guide may adjust specific tour arrangements based on actual conditions for the safety and convenience of all travelers. Please show understanding and cooperation. 5. This activity requires at least 2 participants to form a group. If the number of participants is less than 2, we may cancel the trip or make alternative arrangements depending on the situation.
On Sundays and national holidays, a minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to operate.
7. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by at least one fully paying adult participant.
8. Snowshoes will be provided separately depending on weather and snow conditions.
Children under 9.5 years old are not recommended to participate in this itinerary.

Includes: English-speaking guide (Chinese-speaking guide may be arranged based on availability, with English as the primary language), transfer service, cold-weather gear (winter coat/shoes), exploration of the primeval forest ice waterfall, and campfire barbecue featuring sandwiches, mushroom soup, pork sausages, marshmallows, and hot blueberry tea (please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions).

Itinerary Overview:
Hiking through the breathtaking landscapes of Lapland offers spectacular snow views along the way. Explore the natural wonders of the Arctic Circle, including ice waterfalls, canyons, and forests. Drive 110 km from Rovaniemi to a pristine forest area, where a fairytale-like enchanted forest awaits. After mid-November, the snow can accumulate over 1 meter deep, with layers of white snow draping the treetops, creating a dreamy and surreal scene—every snapshot looks like a winter wonderland. If the snow is thick enough, the guide will provide professional snowshoes to ensure a comfortable and safe deep-forest adventure. During the journey, we'll set up a bonfire at a scenic spot, where you can enjoy authentic Lapland grilled meat and warm up with a cup of hot blueberry tea, making it an unforgettable memory of your polar expedition.
