A truly perfect autumn trip to Hokkaido! ☺️ Our tour leader, Lisa, was meticulous and responsible, introducing us to Hokkaido's local customs, scenery, and cuisine along the way, making the bus ride anything but boring. She even proactively took photos for us at scenic spots – such thoughtful and attentive service! I would definitely recommend joining a tour group next time I come in winter.

had an amazing experience on this bus tour and highly recommend it to anyone! The booking price was very cheap, making the entire journey completely worth the money. My tour person is Jay. He gives us all details of up coming places and spot to come back and time frame. He provides suggestion for souvenirs to buy and local food to eat; and gives us coupons for purchase as well as take photos for us. He explains everything in the tour very details. We look forward to be in his trips in the future we are back in Hokkaido. I strongly recommend Jay.

Overall, it was a well-organized course and I was satisfied. However, if you want to fully enjoy Lake Toya, I recommend preparing lunch in advance or eating a quick meal from a convenience store. There are long wait times at restaurants, and you may not have enough time to eat.

First of all, the itinerary was consistent with the booked itinerary. The pace of each stop was not too tight, and the rhythm was very comfortable. Our tour guide, Ms. Tao, was very friendly and considerate. Before each stop, there was an explanation of the itinerary and historical and cultural information, which helped us better understand the significance of the local culture. The driver was also very friendly. Every place in Hokkaido is beautiful. The stunning scenery of Noboribetsu Jigokudani, Lake Toya, and Showa Shinzan Usuyama Ropeway truly lived up to its reputation.

We selected a Chinese driver, Mr. Fan, to take us around Sapporo. He was very friendly and helpful, explaining the details of various attractions along the way. He drove carefully and safely throughout the trip. We had a wonderful time.
