Hello Jerry, our butler! Today was a complete success. The pick-up and drop-off times were confirmed in advance, and you picked us up on time. It was a completely free tour with no shopping stops, no forced spending, and no hidden traps. Fangjie (my wife) kept reminding us of important things to be aware of, such as not buying anything from street vendors. We were provided with free winter clothing and oxygen cylinders, so we felt very safe and relaxed. Since we were traveling with my parents, they were very considerate in reminding us about altitude sickness throughout the trip. They even waited for us at the visitor center after we left Spruce Meadow. The entire itinerary was very relaxed, without any rushing or pressure. Most importantly, I'm so glad they recommended the electric scooter ride; otherwise, our legs really couldn't have taken it. We successfully summited the snow mountain today! Altitude sickness is definitely a thrilling experience – another new life experience! I was a little worried because there were only 13 reviews, but now it seems my worries were unnecessary; the experience was fantastic. Thumbs up to Fangjie, and thumbs up to everyone!

It was a perfect tour that went exactly as planned. Auntie Lee, our driver and guide, followed us closely and provided excellent care despite our inability to communicate in Chinese, allowing us to proceed with the tour on schedule. She even carried our luggage and was kind in many ways. I highly recommend her!

An absolutely fantastic day and one of the highlights of my China trip! The itinerary included sunrise over Golden Snow Mountain, Blue Moon Valley, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain cableway and the spectacular Impression Lijiang show. The scenery was breathtaking throughout, and reaching 4,680 metres after taking the cable car to 4,506 metres was a real achievement! Definitely an altitude challenge, but so worth it. A special mention must go to our driver/guide, Master Ye Fan, who was absolutely brilliant. She did an amazing job organising the timings throughout the day, making sure everything flowed perfectly and we got to enjoy every experience without feeling rushed. Her planning really made the difference. We were a small group of just seven, and everyone spoke English, which made the day even more enjoyable. Everything came together perfectly, from the sunrise to the final show. Stunning scenery, excellent organisation and a wonderful experience from beginning to end. 5/5

Mr. Luo was very meticulous and patient. He checked our information and explained things we needed to be aware of several times the day before the trip. On the morning of the trip, he arrived at the departure point on time to pick us up. Along the way, he explained the entire trip to us and shared many stories about the Naxi people, which were very helpful, especially for us as foreign tourists. We were also very lucky to see the sunrise over the mountains that day.

Our driver, Ah Long, drove smoothly and provided enthusiastic service, offering thoughtful guidance at every turn, ensuring a smooth trip. The weather was perfect today; we were able to witness the sunrise over the mountains, and the lake in Blue Moon Valley was incredibly vibrant in the October sunshine. It was a truly beautiful day.
