Tours with a date of 4 days or more can be canceled or modified once free of charge within 3 days of the tour date. Cancellations are not allowed within 3 days of the tour date, and any modification within 3 days will be subject to a modification fee of AUD110/time/person. If the tour is cancelled due to weather or unilateral reasons of the supplier, you will need to provide proof of flight ticket and other documents to prove that the skydiving date or city cannot be modified refund can be processed. If you need to change the skydiving time or city due to weather or unilateral reasons of the supplier , the price difference will be reduced, but no additional refund will be made. Please understand that you should be ready for travel 10 minutes in advance to avoid missing the pick-up. Lateness or overdue will be treated as a waiver and no refund will be made.
