1. This product is a transfer service and does not include attraction admission tickets or guide services. If the "With Guide" option is not selected, the driver will only provide transportation and will not enter the attraction or offer any guide services.
2. The order of attractions, duration of stays, and time schedules listed in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual arrangements may be flexibly adjusted based on road conditions, weather, attraction availability, and daily group progress. The driver or guide reserves the right to reasonably modify the sequence or adjust timings to ensure safety and overall itinerary quality, which shall not be considered a breach of contract.
3. Some attractions may be temporarily closed due to routine maintenance, religious festivals, government regulations, or special policies (e.g., some Egyptian heritage sites limit visitor numbers during extreme heat or sandstorms). Please check the opening information through official channels before your trip. If the attraction is closed as per regular practice or due to force majeure, resulting in inability to visit, this constitutes an objective circumstance, and no refunds will be issued.
4. In case of delays caused by road construction, traffic accidents, traffic control, severe weather, or public emergencies, if the attraction is already closed upon arrival, the related responsibility is beyond the travel agency's control, and no refund or compensation can be provided.
5. (Private Tour Special Note) You can arrange the pace of the tour at your discretion. The driver-guide will accommodate waiting times, but the entire itinerary must be completed within the agreed time slot for the day. Please allocate your stay duration at each attraction reasonably to avoid affecting subsequent arrangements due to excessive time spent at a single location.
6. Please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated meeting time. If the itinerary is interrupted or shortened due to personal lateness, failure to confirm the meeting time, self-extended sightseeing, or missing the vehicle, the responsibility lies with the individual, and no refund will be issued.
7. The final opening status of the attraction is subject to on-site announcements. The travel agency is not responsible for temporary decisions made by third-party management units.
