Start with a short walk through historic Frascati before entering our traditional wine cellar to taste Frascati Superiore DOCG and Boutique IGT red wine, produced from our family vineyard, paired with local appetizers. Then it's time to get your hands in the dough! Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch with our chef and discover three iconic Roman recipes: Carbonara, Amatriciana and Cacio e Pepe. Sit around the table with your fellow guests and enjoy the pasta you've created, accompanied by our family wines. After dinner, discover the hidden caves beneath our wine cellar, an atmospheric underground space also used as a shelter during the bombings of World War II.
