This trip was very enjoyable; the scenery was beautiful, and all the other members of our group were foreigners. The drivers were all very polite. However, the only downside was the limited number of vehicles available. We felt cramped because there were two foreigners in our group, and the vehicle was a seven-seater, which only accommodated six of us. I would recommend using a larger vehicle for a more comfortable experience.

This group tour experience was fantastic! The tour leader's explanations were incredibly detailed, repeatedly addressing safety concerns in high-altitude areas and answering all questions. Their professionalism was exceptional. Every step within the scenic area was meticulously planned; simply following the leader meant almost no waiting in line. The entire tour proceeded smoothly, making for a wonderful experience! The tour leader was also very enthusiastic, sharing local customs and traditions along the way and answering all questions, making me look forward to returning to Lijiang. The tour offered a high degree of freedom and was very relaxing, allowing for flexible time allocation without any distractions. I highly recommend it.

We wanted private chartered so we could take our time throughout. Upon confirmation of booking, communicate through WeChat, with the tour operators in English. We really enjoyed this arrangement. Our Driver Mr Liu is really very good, he will wait for us in each exit, and direct us to each entrance. At times, he will also guide us as to where to get the best view. We appreciate all his service! Thank you!

I've been to many places and had many tour leaders, but this trip with our Ctrip driver exceeded my expectations! Driving on winding mountain roads, his driving skills were safe and reassuring: the ride was very smooth throughout, making me feel particularly secure. The driver was extremely familiar with the route, saving me a lot of time. His preparations were exceptional; he knew the road conditions and weather inside and out, ensuring the smooth running of our trip. Throughout the journey, he constantly monitored our physical condition, carefully inquiring about whether we experienced motion sickness or altitude sickness, ensuring our comfort. The vehicle was clean and comfortable: the interior was spotless and odorless, and the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, providing us with a comfortable resting environment. In short, he was also very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture, adding much enjoyment and knowledge to our trip. Such a professional and considerate driver made our trip even more perfect. I sincerely thank him for his efforts and look forward to traveling with him again next time! A very satisfying day trip. The customer service lady was very good and patiently taught me how to grab tickets. The driver was also very enthusiastic. He picked me up on time early in the morning and carefully told me how to play along the way. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable day. Recommended
