Mr. Gou (vehicle number Jin BDB8686) communicated with me about the itinerary a day in advance, reminded me of many travel precautions, and booked tickets in advance, saving me the trouble of queuing on-site. The car was clean and tidy, his driving skills were good, the pick-up and drop-off points were accurate, and he was punctual. He thoughtfully reminded me of things at each attraction to avoid pitfalls. The recommended restaurants were especially delicious. This was my first time chartering a car through Ctrip, and it was excellent.

I booked because I saw the tickets were all-inclusive; my goal was to climb the Hanging Temple. However, when the driver went to buy the tickets, they were sold out. I paid full price and didn't receive any credit. The tour was supposed to end at 7:30 PM, but we finished three hours early. It wasn't the driver's fault; we simply wanted to rush through the visit.

They were very punctual, and our driver was incredibly kind. The weather was terrible—lots of rain, wind, and cold—and he was very concerned that we still have a good experience despite that. First, we went to the Hanging Temple. We couldn't go up because of the weather and because tickets have to be bought a week in advance, which we didn't know, but we were able to go inside and see it from a distance. Then we went to the grottoes, which are amazing, and thanks to the weather, we practically had them to ourselves, which made it magical and incredible! After that, we went to eat something delicious and very inexpensive. He took us for a drive around the city and to see the mural of the five dragons. It was a special day! Thank you for everything!
