From the very beginning, their incredible customer service stood out. There was a mix-up with the meeting location—an email update I missed. The moment I called to clarify, they immediately sent someone to pick me up and bring me right to the correct spot. I was paired with a guide named Kosei, and I want to shout out his name because he truly made the tour special. Kosei speaks wonderful English, is endlessly smiling, patient, and has a genuine passion for making sure you have an amazing time and feel completely cared for. We dove into the crystal-clear water and saw an abundance of marine life: majestic sea turtles, of course, plus colorful fish, beautiful shells, and much more. By the evening I received a huge batch of fantastic photos! sugar3 is a phenomenal, highly recommended company that went completely above and beyond to ensure I wasn't just satisfied, but absolutely wonderful! Kosei is an great guide, and this was an experience I will never forget! ✨ Thank you Sugar3 & Kosei!
