Overall, the experience was great, the itinerary was smoothly arranged, and I highly recommend it to those who don't drive! Since we were staying at a hotel near Lake Toya that night, we were able to get off directly at Lake Toya and head to the hotel after prior communication – it was so convenient being right next to the drop-off point! We could also visit other attractions in the morning, which was much easier than figuring out transportation on our own, and the price was very reasonable! Furthermore, our tour guide, Zoey, was very friendly, and the online customer service was also very helpful. Pre-trip communication went very smoothly. Thank you for your assistance! 😊

We selected a Chinese driver, Mr. Fan, to take us around Sapporo. He was very friendly and helpful, explaining the details of various attractions along the way. He drove carefully and safely throughout the trip. We had a wonderful time.

My tour person is Jay. He gives us all details of up coming places and spot to come back and time frame. He provides suggestion for souvenirs to buy and local food to eat; and gives us coupons for purchase as well as take photos for us. He explains everything in the tour very details. We look forward to be in his trips in the future we are back in Hokkaido. I strongly recommend Jay.

This day tour to Sapporo TV Tower in Hokkaido was great value for money. The itinerary connected many attractions that would otherwise be difficult to visit together. However, the vehicle was in poor condition; the seats were too small, with the wheels practically touching the footrests. Even with my short legs, I felt very cramped and uncomfortable. Larger people wouldn't be able to fit at all. The minivan was packed with people with no seats to adjust, and I ended up with a sore back. That was the only downside of the trip. Overall, though, it was still a very good experience.
