Remarks :

1.Our cross-border services are operated using licensed tourist vehicles (PSV Licensed Tourist Vehicles) in compliance with the latest local regulations.

2.Starex & Travel van both under ASEAN PSV Licensed, Licensed tour vehicles with Bas Persiaran Permit. These vehicle will use the dedicated bus lanes at Singapore and Malaysia immigration checkpoints. Passengers must disembark with all luggage for both immigration clearance and will continue the journey in the same vehicle with the same driver after clearance.

3.If the trip is confirmed, we will need to collect the full list of passengers, including names, passport numbers, etc (via whatsapp / passenger need to fill in the name list form during the trip).This is a requirement from the Malaysia Tourism Board.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 15:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 15:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Additional Information

  • Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
  • Round-trip services must be booked separately.
  • Oversized or extra luggage may incur additional charges, which must be paid directly to the driver.
  • At the driver's discretion: if the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.
  • Passengers must alight with their luggage at both Singapore & Malaysian immigration.
  • If the trip is confirmed, we will need to collect the full list of passengers, including names, passport numbers, etc (via whatsapp / passenger need to fill in the name list form during the trip).

Additional Charges Table
