Highlights

Handpick and handcraft in the core production area of Longjing: delve into the core origin of West Lake Longjing tea - Longjing Village, and learn the standard "one bud, one leaf" picking technique under the guidance of experienced tea farmers. Witness millennia-old tea roasting: gather around a 200°C iron wok to observe or personally experience the ten techniques of West Lake Longjing intangible cultural heritage tea roasting, including "grabbing, shaking, stacking, and pressing." Unlock the secrets of making Hangzhou soup dumplings by hand: transition to a farmhouse kitchen at noon, and under the master's step-by-step guidance, knead dough, prepare filling, and shape delicate, beautiful pleats.
