The tour to Mont Saint-Michel was well-organized. Our guide, Stephen, was friendly and knowledgeable, taking us along scenic off-the-beaten-path routes. The coach was comfortable and uncrowded, with punctual timing throughout. Though pit stops helped, the 5-hour drive felt slightly long—an overnight stay would be even better.★

The bus is extremely comfortable with tons of leg space. it felt like business class. The guide was very genuine and he gave very clear explanations. The tour was managed well via WhatsApp. I didn't see that with the other tour operator I took to St Michel. They maintain the schedule well. But one area of improvement is time slots. I and my co-passengers felt that it would be better to give extra time to Etretat n less time to Honsflor. We had to rush through the climbs in Etretat. And have fast lunch. Honsflor on the other hand a lot of extra time as there is limited things to do there.★

The bus was clean, departed on time, and had a convenient boarding location in front of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel.
