
▲ Jieyang Jinxian Gate Tower Built in the first year of the Tianqi era during the Ming Dynasty (1621), it served as the fifth city gate of ancient Jieyang. Constructed with the intention to "boost culture and dispel misfortune," it connects to the Jieyang Confucian Temple and derives its name from the aspiration to cultivate more virtuous scholars. This architectural structure is a rare nationwide example combining city gate, tower, and pavilion into a single entity, featuring an octagonal glazed spire roof and decorative lattice windows that showcase the distinctive characteristics of Chaoshan-style city towers.

▲ Jieyang Confucian Temple, also known as "Jieyang Confucius Temple," "Wen Temple," or "Red Academy," is located on the east side of Hancitou Road in Rongcheng District, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province. As one of the three major Confucian temples in Guangdong, it was initially built in 1140 during the Southern Song Dynasty and underwent extensive renovations in 1876 during the Qing Dynasty. Featuring the architectural styles of the Ming and Qing dynasties with distinct Chaoshan characteristics, it is renowned as the "Pearl of Ancient Architecture in Eastern Guangdong."

▲ Jieyang City God Temple Located in Rongcheng District, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, the Jieyang City God Temple was first built in 1140 during the Song Dynasty and reconstructed in 1369 by County Magistrate Xu De during the Ming Dynasty. The existing architecture retains the Ming and Qing dynasties' style. In 2019, it was listed as part of the eighth batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.

▲ Jieyang Copper Street Located in the core area adjacent to Yujiao Creek, it connects to Xima Road in the west, Yuanding Road in the north, Xinxi Bridge in the south, and Shishi Bridge in the north, extending to Sixian Road. The street spans approx. 92m in length and 12m in width, featuring convenient transportation at the intersection of land and water routes.
