Aside from the fact that it was a join meeting, there was a bit of a wait for other teams, and the rest stops along the way were quite poor, I was satisfied. The facilities were excellent, the lunch buffet was excellent, and there was an exciting show planned for the day, so I had a great time. However, please note that all drinks are subject to a 15% VAT.

For a day trip, the Dolphin is the best option, with friendly and attentive crew. However, the sightseeing is only a quick overview. Note that the price doesn't include the cost of the bamboo raft or kayak ride. The bamboo raft trip to Moon Lake is a 20-minute round trip and costs $7 per person. There is a Chinese-speaking crew member, Adelaide, who is very helpful and speaks fluent Chinese. Hopefully, the company will give him a raise!

The yacht is luxurious, but the buffet is very limited, and many guests left hungry. Drinks are an additional charge! Bringing your own drinks on board is prohibited. I really enjoyed the place itself and a special thank you to the guide!

This is amazing cruize, very fast and comfortable transfer, our guide Victor was interesting, helpful and very happy to do his job! We bouth fast boat (add 300k VND per person) and it was very good idea, very intresting! The next time we want 2 days cruise. Thx Appolo, Victor and amazing Vietnam!!! 🇻🇳 P.S. You need to take a reusable water bottle because single-use plastic bottles are forbidden in Ha Long.

We were met and driven back on a comfortable bus at the appointed time. The guide was great and kept in touch. The drive to the bay was long due to stops. We didn't have a guide on the way back, so we made one stop for food and a restroom break. If anyone needed to go to the airport, we had already ordered a taxi at 2:30 PM, but we didn't make it to the theater and left early. The cruise itself was fantastic, we loved everything. You won't regret it. The stunning views alone are worth it. Alcohol, coffee, and tea are available for an extra charge, but the prices are reasonable, comparable to local cafes. There's a kettle in your room, so you can do whatever you want there. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. There were only 10 of us on the whole ship, and after dinner, everyone went back to their cabins, and we were given the chance to sing karaoke. We would have happily stayed another day.

We were booked for a cruise on the Calista boat. The cruise itself was amazing, with beautiful views and well-appointed cabins. We didn't go on any excursions because we really didn't want to leave the ship. Keep in mind that the cruise involves a stopover, which takes about an hour to reach. The food was good, especially lunch on the first day; we expected more from dinner and breakfast, but overall it was quite decent. The transfer was tiring, with stops for souvenirs and a long wait (over an hour) for the bus after the cruise. If possible, organize your own transfer; you'll save 1.5 hours each way.
