You can check your order for the 1D/QR code voucher before noon the day after you place your order. You can then take the voucher to the designated counter below to collect your order.

Example: If a user purchases a 5-day prepaid card with an activation time of 18:00:00 on 2024-01-01, then the internet data traffic before 23:59:59 on 2024-01-01 is free. The card expires on 2024-01-06 at 23:59:59.

Confirmation email received time:
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on the same day will receive a receipt via email on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM on the same day will receive a receipt by email the following noon.
The email confirmation will be available in your order details before noon the day after you place your order. You can then present the confirmation at the designated counter to collect your order.
How to use
Self-collection instructions
1. Present your order receipt from the Ctrip app at the self-pickup point to collect your SIM card.
2. The email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order before noon the day after you place the order. The 1D/QR code confirmation can be collected electronically at the designated counter.
3. Those under the age of 18 cannot collect the card.
4. Two documents are required to collect the card:
- Travelers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau
First document: Taiwan Entry Permit
Second document: Passport, Visa, Residence Permit, Mainland Residents Travel Permit to Taiwan
- Travelers from Taiwan
First document: National Identity Card
Second form of identification: Health Insurance card, driver's license, passport, student ID, disability certificate

5. The number of days for which the purchase plan is valid must not exceed the number of days the visa is valid for.
6. This 1D/QR code confirmation letter has no expiration date; you can collect your SIM card on other dates. Simply present your 1D/QR code confirmation letter and identification at any Chunghwa Telecom direct service center or Senao Telecom outlet in Taiwan to collect your SIM card.

Instructions for use
1. How to activate: When picking up the package, the counter staff can provide a SIM card ejector tool or replace the SIM card to activate the device.
2. Can I insert my card in advance? No, you can only insert your card after arriving at your destination.
3. Number lookup: The numbers marked on the phone card are the phone number.
4. Make phone calls and send text messages
To dial local numbers: 0 + mobile phone number
To dial a Chinese mobile phone: 01986 + mobile phone number
To dial a landline in China: 01986 + area code (remove zeros) + landline number
5. Check balance: Dial 928 and reply with 1 to check.
6. Top-up: Please purchase a top-up card at a local 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, or other convenience store.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
This 1D/QR code confirmation has no expiration date; you can collect your SIM card on another date.
