Mr. Liu was a very attentive and enthusiastic service provider. Since we are older, he tried his best to recommend routes that would save us energy. He also pointed out some of the best viewpoints in the scenic area, which made our trip very enjoyable, allowing us to see many beautiful sights.

Driver Jia was an exceptionally kind person! The car was spacious, bright, and most importantly, very clean and tidy!! Driver Jia's driving skills are absolutely top-notch—steady, reliable, and safety is his top priority. He explained the entire route clearly, including the local customs, culture, and situation in Yan'an, demonstrating a deep and professional understanding. Most importantly, he's a truly wonderful person. He accompanied us throughout the trip, offered flexible hours, and worked tirelessly without any impatience. We traveled with my parents, and they all said they were lucky to have met Driver Jia. Thumbs up for Driver Jia!!

First of all, my experience on this trip was fantastic! The journey to Hukou Waterfall is long, and I was initially worried about the long bus ride and whether my body could handle it. I hesitated for a while but ultimately decided not to miss out on the trip. However, the comfort level was exceptional! The bus was clean and the seats were very comfortable, which helped alleviate a lot of travel fatigue. A staff member contacted me a day in advance to remind me of important points! The tour guide also contacted me in advance the next morning and picked us up on time – the service was excellent! Breakfast was also provided! Everything was very thoughtful throughout the trip! I will definitely recommend your tour to my friends!

All was the best! The trip was made strongly according to the schedule. Our driver Huo was vety polite and proactive to us and drove the car safely and accurately. I can recommend this journey to everyone - especially when the weather is fine.
