4. Weight note: The weight limit is 130 kg. Visitors weighing over 110 kg are advised to inform customer support in advance.

4. The kayaking itinerary provides one guide for every 8 participants, with a maximum of 17 people per trip. Typically, 2 to 3 guides are arranged. If there are children under 6 years old in the family, a dedicated guide will be assigned.

5. In case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
