Good tour. Well organised. Little hard to find the starting point until the guy held the sign up higher, as the ‘arches’ of the store go for a whole street. They were in the middle section. We were given mini radios with one earbud, so we could hear the guide no matter how far back in the group, nice and clear. The guide was engaging and knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. We had no waiting in line at all. The organisers even managed to get some late arrivals caught up to us, which you don’t hear of very often. The cathedral itself was amazing and the roof top well worth visiting! We had a late afternoon session so the sunlight was gorgeous.★
